By accessing or using AdBot Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdBot Pro provides automated Discord message posting and DM response tools. The Service operates using user-provided Discord account tokens to perform actions on the user's behalf.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any actions taken through your Discord accounts.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You must not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Account Tokens

You acknowledge that providing your Discord token grants the Service access to your Discord account. Tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored securely. We do not share or sell your tokens.

5. Prohibited Uses

Sending spam, phishing, or malicious content
Harassing or threatening other users
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
Reselling or redistributing access to the Service

6. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected. Prices are listed on the Shop page and are subject to change with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

AdBot Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any bans, restrictions, or other actions taken by Discord against your account. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
