3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Purchases made more than 24 hours ago
Accounts that have been suspended for Terms of Service violations
Token slot purchases (these are permanent account upgrades)

5. Free Trial

We offer a free 1-hour trial so you can test the Service before purchasing. The trial provides full access to all features. No refund is available for issues that could have been identified during the trial.

If you experience technical issues with the Service, please contact support first. We will work to resolve any problems before processing a refund.
